Terms of Service

Welcome to EliteSweet. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and EliteSweetgoverning your use of our apps, our website, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. There are no exceptions. Accounts belonging to minors are removed on discovery and reported where the law requires.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, and not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must never have been convicted of a felony, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence, and must not be required to register as a sex offender with any authority.
• You may hold only one account, in your own real identity.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for completing identity verification when asked, and for keeping your credentials secure. Everything that happens under your account is your responsibility. Tell us at once at support@elitesweetmeet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. What EliteSweet is — and is not

EliteSweet is a premium dating app for genuine connections. It is NOT a sugar dating or compensated dating app. We strictly prohibit compensated arrangements.

EliteSweet exists so that verified adults can meet each other for genuine romantic connection. Using the Service to arrange, solicit, offer, or accept any exchange of money, gifts, allowances, or other consideration in return for companionship, dating, or intimacy is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal.

4. Rules of conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Solicit, offer, or arrange compensated arrangements of any kind, escorting, or commercial sexual services.
• Post, send, or request sexual content involving anyone under 18, or sexualize a minor in any way. We enforce this without exception — see our Child Safety Standards.
• Impersonate anyone, misrepresent your age or identity, or use another person’s photos.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or discriminate against another member.
• Share another member’s private information or intimate images without consent.
• Spam, phish, run scams, solicit money, or promote commercial ventures, crypto schemes, or other apps.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit in public profile areas.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use bots or automated means to access the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. Reporting, moderation, and zero tolerance

EliteSweet has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Every profile, photo, post, and message can be reported from within the app, and every member can be blocked. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours — removing content and ejecting the offending member as warranted.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts, with or without notice, and we may preserve and disclose information to law enforcement where we believe it is necessary to prevent serious harm or to comply with the law. Reports of child sexual abuse and exploitation are escalated immediately and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law — see our Child Safety Standards.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post. You grant EliteSweet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, promote within the Service, and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained for safety, legal, or backup purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you post, and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or these Terms.

7. Memberships, billing, and cancellation

• Premium memberships are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
• You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings — not in EliteSweet. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods. Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change prices. Price changes apply to periods beginning after we give you notice.
• Virtual items and credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire when your account closes.

If you live in a jurisdiction with a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right, nothing here removes it.

8. Safety — you meet at your own risk

EliteSweet verifies that members are real adults. We do notconduct criminal background checks, and verification is not a guarantee of anyone’s character, intentions, or safety. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for your safety when meeting anyone in person. Meet in public, tell a friend where you are going, and never send money to someone you have not met.

9. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe you put the community at risk. Serious violations — including any child-safety violation, compensated solicitation, or fraud — result in a permanent ban and we may block you from creating a new account. No refund is owed for an account terminated for cause.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to keep the community safe and verified, but we do not guarantee matches, outcomes, uninterrupted access, or the conduct of any member.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteSweet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or from any interaction with another member. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold EliteSweet harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EliteSweet is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@elitesweetmeet.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the protections of the mandatory law of their country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in their local courts.

14. Apple and Google

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and EliteSweet, not with Apple or Google; that Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support for the app; and that they are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
