You can delete your EliteSweet account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it inside the app, how to request deletion without the app, exactly what gets deleted, and the limited data we are required to keep.
This is a permanent deletion, not a pause or deactivation. It is not the same as logging out — logging out only signs you off and keeps your account.
If you can’t open the app, you can delete your account from our web form. You’ll need the email and password for your EliteSweet account. Enter them, complete the security check, and your account is deleted — no reinstalling and no signing back in.

If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t use the form, email privacy@elitesweetmeet.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you after verifying that it’s yours.
When your account is deleted:
After you delete your account, we retain a limited amount of data only where the law allows or requires it, and only for as long as necessary:
Any retained data is kept only in a restricted form, for these purposes alone, and no longer than the law requires. Residual copies in routine backups age out on our normal backup cycle. Full details of our retention practices are in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it separately in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings, or it will keep renewing. See our Terms of Service.
